Applications

Our chief products for the agricultural industry are fruit trays and seedling pots. The quality and characteristics of the agricultural products are reflected in the raw materials we choose and the shape design of the packaging. Tomato Trays

These pulp mould tomato trays offer excellent shock absorbency. They are also environmentally-friendly as well as contribute to preserving freshness. We have developed new varieties of tomato trays to appeal to the major tomato farming regions of Hokkaido, Tohoku and Kanto, and we can provide trays which meet the needs of whatever variety of tomato you want to pack.

Apple Trays

Our pulp mould trays help keep apples fresh by absorbing the condensation which forms on their surface when going from the temperature inside a refrigerator to the outside air, thereby preventing moisture-induced rotting, and they are breathable to absorb respiration heat and have hygroscopic properties to absorb water vapor. We have trays suited to a variety of apple sizes and varieties.

Pear Trays

Pears are easily bruised during shipping due to their fragile skin. Our trays have just the right amount of softness and friction to prevent such bruising and are made of breathable, moisture-absorbent material to keep pears fresh. And thanks to a design which takes functionality during packing into consideration, the trays are made rigid enough to allow automated separation by a machine as well as to handle the weight of a full load of pears.

Dekopon Trays

We offer trays capable of accommodating a mixed variety of dekopon sizes. Customers also like them because of how they effectively contribute to cost reductions.

Melon Trays

The breathable material helps preserve melon freshness by prevent moisture-induced rotting. We also offer tray varieties tailored to the automated fruit sorting machines which are becoming increasingly prevalent. Trays can also be tailored to customers' preferences with regard to melon size and variety.

Watermelon Trays

In addition to improving operational efficiency for customers, these trays incorporate an design arrangement which keeps watermelons from coming into contact with one another. They are more efficient and cheaper to work with compared to trays which use plastic cushioning materials. These trays have been well-received thanks to the fact that they successfully identify and meet new demand, directly incorporating feedback from producers.

Vegetable Pots / Seedling Pots

These connected seedling pots are made from 100% recycled newspaper. Because they are made from paper, once the seedling is in the pot, the pot itself can be planted in the ground where it will decompose into the soil over time. The paper material is also breathable, allowing plenty of air to permeate into the pot. This means no girdling roots as well greatly alleviates any rise in soil temperature on hot days.
